Your Agreement with DÉCIDEUR

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via www.decideurclothing.com. They define the foundation of our contractual relationship – clear, transparent, and in line with the values of DÉCIDEUR.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store and are binding for both parties.

3. Offer & Contract Conclusion

The product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

– All prices are displayed in CHF or EUR and include statutory VAT.

– Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and added to the total order value.

– For deliveries outside Switzerland/EU, duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery

– Delivery is carried out within Europe using trusted standard shipping providers.

– Estimated delivery times are communicated transparently during checkout.

– While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen logistics or customs processes may lead to delays.

6. Payment

Payment can be made using all major payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and TWINT. Charges are processed immediately after the order confirmation.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of X GmbH – DÉCIDEUR until full payment has been received.

8. Returns & Withdrawal

– Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn and undamaged items.

– Items marked as Strictly Limited are excluded from return and withdrawal rights.

– Returns must be registered via our return portal or customer service before shipping them back.

– Return shipping costs are deducted from the total refund amount.

Strictly Limited pieces are final sales – no returns, no exchanges.

9. Liability

Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

10. The Circle

– By purchasing selected products, customers may receive voluntary voting rights within our community initiative The Circle.

– These rights are non-enforceable, non-transferable, and may be revoked in cases of manipulation, abuse, or misconduct.

– Participation in The Circle does not create legal claims to profit sharing, ownership, or influence beyond the defined community rules.

The Circle is designed to empower our community of decision-makers. It is not a financial instrument, but a cultural initiative that grows with those who join.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland.

12. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
