These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made via www.decideurclothing.com.

They define the contractual relationship between you and DÉCIDEUR in a clear, transparent, and legally binding manner, in line with our brand values and applicable laws.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current version.

3. Offer & Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product catalog.

By submitting an order via the checkout process, you place a binding order for the selected products.

The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your location and selected market.

Prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and added to the total order value.

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Europe and selected international destinations, including the United States.

Estimated delivery times are communicated during checkout and may vary depending on destination, product type, and customs clearance.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events may occur.

6. Payment

Payments are processed via secure, Shopify-integrated payment providers.

Available payment methods depend on your location and may include credit cards, digital wallets, and other electronic payment solutions.

Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

DÉCIDEUR does not store or process full payment information directly.

7. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of X GmbH – DÉCIDEUR until full payment has been received.

8. Returns, Withdrawal & Custom Products

Returns are accepted for standard products within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items marked as Strictly Limited are excluded from returns and withdrawal rights.

Customized or hand-finished products, including items featuring hand-patinated leather by Mr. Dapper, are individually created pieces and are final sale.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for such items.

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service.

Items sent back without prior authorization or to an incorrect return address are returned at the customer’s own risk.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability

Liability for damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

DÉCIDEUR assumes no liability for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, failure to follow care instructions, or non-professional cleaning methods.

10. The Circle

By purchasing selected products, customers may receive voluntary participation rights within The Circle, DÉCIDEUR’s community initiative.

These rights are non-transferable, non-enforceable, and may be revoked in cases of misuse, manipulation, or misconduct.

Participation in The Circle does not grant any legal entitlement to profit sharing, ownership, or decision-making authority beyond the defined community framework.

The Circle is a cultural initiative, not a financial instrument.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

12. Repairs & Aftercare (Optional Services)

Repairs or additional customization services may be offered upon request and are subject to individual assessment.

Such services are provided without warranty and do not establish any entitlement to restoration, replacement, or resale value.

14. Final Provisions
