Terms of service

1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made via our online platform www.decideurclothing.com and form the basis of our contractual relationship.

3. OFFER AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
The product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart.

4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are shown in CHF or EUR and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and added to the total order value.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out within Europe using local standard delivery services.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not contractually binding. Delays may occur due to logistics or customs procedures.

6. PAYMENT
Payment can be made using all major payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and TWINT.
The charge is processed immediately after the order confirmation.

7. RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods remain the property of X GmbH until full payment has been received.

8. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items marked as “Strictly Limited” are excluded from return and withdrawal rights.
Returns must be registered via our return portal or customer service before shipping them back.
Return shipping costs are deducted from the total refund amount.

9. LIABILITY
Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

10. THE CIRCLE
By purchasing selected products, you may receive voluntary voting rights within our community initiative The Circle. These rights are non-enforceable, non-transferable, and may be revoked in cases of manipulation, abuse, or behavior contrary to the system.
Participation in The Circle does not create any legal claim to profit sharing, ownership, or influence beyond the defined community rules. Adjustments may occur as The Circle evolves.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, Switzerland.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
